Where to find upcoming competitions
The official Lithuanian Archery Federation 2026 competition calendar lists dates, venues, organisers and links to event invitations and results. It covers both indoor competitions and outdoor events.
When choosing an upcoming event, open its invitation. A date in the calendar does not tell you the registration deadline or entry requirements. Before registering or arranging travel, check the organisers’ latest programme.
How to choose a suitable competition
An event’s name alone will not tell you whether it suits your current level. Read the invitation and discuss three things with your coach:
- Discipline and round. Indoor, outdoor target, Field and 3D archery differ in their setting and shooting tasks. Check the distance and target specified for your category.
- Competition category. Your bow type and age group determine whose scores yours will be compared with. Choose the category in the invitation that matches your equipment and age.
- Programme and registration. Note the registration deadline, arrival time, equipment inspection and start of shooting separately. Check the event documents for the entry fee and other requirements.
For preparation steps, read our guide to your first competition. For the differences between disciplines, see our overview of target, Field and 3D archery.
How to read competition results
An IANSEO record may contain several documents for the same event. First choose your bow division and competition category, then the relevant stage of the competition.
- The entry list helps you find an archer, their category and their assigned target.
- Qualification results show the total score and ranking after the qualification round.
- The elimination bracket shows match pairings and outcomes, while the final ranking lists the final placings.
When comparing your performances, compare the same round and distance. Your qualification ranking and final placing after the matches may differ, so a single table may not give the full picture.
