What we offer
A unique place to train
Our club is based in Smiltynė, one of the most beautiful parts of Klaipėda, surrounded by nature and set within the UNESCO-protected Curonian Spit.
It is a calm, spacious environment where archers can train safely and focus properly.
We are the only archery club in Lithuania located inside a UNESCO World Heritage area.
Group and private lessons
Our coaches bring more than 40 years of experience in archery and have earned awards in both national and international competitions. We teach complete beginners and support experienced archers who want to improve.
Group training sessions:
Weekdays, 18:00–19:45
Private sessions are available by arrangement.

Every year we organise the Klaipėda Cup, where archers of different levels can test themselves and compete for prizes.

What age can you start archery?
We usually welcome beginners from the age of 12. Archery works well for teenagers, adults, and older beginners, which makes it a great sport for families too.
Do I need my own equipment before the first session?
No. We provide beginner equipment for early sessions, including a bow and arrows. We only suggest buying your own gear once you know you want to continue.
How much do lessons cost?
Your first trial session is free. For current prices and membership options, just get in touch with us directly.
What is the difference between Olympic, traditional, and compound bows?
An Olympic bow is the standard recurve used for target shooting and formal competition. A traditional bow is simpler and closer to historical shooting styles. A compound bow uses cams, making it easier to hold at full draw and popular in precision shooting.
Is archery dangerous?
Not when proper safety rules are followed. Our range is designed for safe target shooting, and every session begins with clear coaching and safety instructions.
Can I join training without booking first?
We recommend contacting us before joining a group session so we can plan properly. Private lessons are arranged individually.
Where do you train in winter?
From October to February we train indoors at Mainų g. 5, Klaipėda. From March to September we train outdoors at the Smiltynė sports base, Smiltynės g. 13A.
Do you organise archery for birthdays or group events?
Yes. Archery works very well for birthdays, team outings, and private group sessions. Contact us and we will arrange a suitable time.
What experience do your coaches have?
Our coaches have more than 40 years of experience in archery and have competed at both national and international level. We also organise the annual Klaipėda Cup.
